As a cancer patient, FLOW provided 2, 3 hour, complimentary cleanings! An incredible gift they give to those going through cancer. I didn't realize just how much the extra help would mean to me until they came in & did an amazing job!!! Their cleaners were professional & friendly. We have used Flow Cleaning Services to clean our apartment on two different occasions, each lasting several weeks. Although different cleaners were involved, the services which we had requested from the firm were performed accurately. The staff arrived and finished their work on time; they were pleasant and well prepared, and we were pleased with the results. The cost was not cheap, but offered good value. We would be ready to call on Flow again when the need arises.

Working for Flow has been a great experience. It is nice to see how deeply they care for all clients and how each clean is to accommodate every client. As well it is such a positive work environment. We just had the Flow cleaning services come in to do a deep cleaning of our apartment ahead of us getting ready to move, and the outcome was amazing. I don't think our apartment has been this clean since we moved in, and they made the appointment work while I was out of town! Very highly recommend, and I'm looking forward to having them come again.

They are professional and kind (both office and the cleaning teams) and do everything they can to accommodate all clients specific needs. They are consistent and thorough in every detail of their work! Even if you just need help with your once a year projects they do that too! Spring cleaning is stressful, it's ok to get some help! I've been with flow since Fall 2022, and have been extremely satisfied with my time there. The office staff are easy to talk to and always easy to reach. I'm a parent with young children, and the management at Flow are very understanding when it comes to sick days and unexpected school closures.
