We have used Flow Cleaning Services to clean our apartment on two different occasions, each lasting several weeks. Although different cleaners were involved, the services which we had requested from the firm were performed accurately. The staff arrived and finished their work on time; they were pleasant and well prepared, and we were pleased with the results. The cost was not cheap, but offered good value. Communication is great as management can always be reached and helps guide you through any issues that may arise. We just had the Flow cleaning services come in to do a deep cleaning of our apartment ahead of us getting ready to move, and the outcome was amazing. I don't think our apartment has been this clean since we moved in, and they made the appointment work while I was out of town! I was very pleased that the cleaning service continued. The ones where my daughter lives in Ontario aren't working. Your efforts of distancing and not cross contaminating seem to be working well under very difficult circumstances. I've been with flow since Fall 2022, and have been extremely satisfied with my time there. The office staff are easy to talk to and always easy to reach. I'm a parent with young children, and the management at Flow are very understanding when it comes to sick days and unexpected school closures.
