I have worked in hotels and in other cities doing home care. This company is organized, uses up-to-date systems to manage their work, and invests a lot of time into getting to know their clients and training new employees. Communication is great as management can always be reached and helps guide you through any issues that may arise. I was impressed with this company and am giving credit where credit is due 🙂 This company actually cares about its staff and clients which is not always the case in larger businesses. Also, the clients have been great in Fredericton and understanding during these unusual times. I have been using the services of Flow Cleaning for years and have always been thrilled to come home to a clean house. During the recent covid-19 situation changes were made to make sure that the work could be carried out safely. I am always happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. As a cancer patient, FLOW provided 2, 3 hour, complimentary cleanings! An incredible gift they give to those going through cancer. I didn't realize just how much the extra help would mean to me until they came in & did an amazing job!!! Their cleaners were professional & friendly. They brought all their own supplies & were thorough with their cleaning. I highly recommend them !!

We just had the Flow cleaning services come in to do a deep cleaning of our apartment ahead of us getting ready to move, and the outcome was amazing. I don't think our apartment has been this clean since we moved in, and they made the appointment work while I was out of town! Very highly recommend, and I'm looking forward to having them come again.

I was very pleased that the cleaning service continued. The ones where my daughter lives in Ontario aren't working. Your efforts of distancing and not cross contaminating seem to be working well under very difficult circumstances. I am glad not to be drowning in dog hair, and would highly recommend you except I don't know anyone looking for cleaning.
