As a cancer patient, FLOW provided 2, 3 hour, complimentary cleanings! An incredible gift they give to those going through cancer. I didn't realize just how much the extra help would mean to me until they came in & did an amazing job!!! Their cleaners were professional & friendly. I was very pleased that the cleaning service continued. The ones where my daughter lives in Ontario aren't working. Your efforts of distancing and not cross contaminating seem to be working well under very difficult circumstances. We have used Flow Cleaning Services to clean our apartment on two different occasions, each lasting several weeks. Although different cleaners were involved, the services which we had requested from the firm were performed accurately. The staff arrived and finished their work on time; they were pleasant and well prepared, and we were pleased with the results. The cost was not cheap, but offered good value. We would be ready to call on Flow again when the need arises.

I've been with flow since Fall 2022, and have been extremely satisfied with my time there. The office staff are easy to talk to and always easy to reach. I worked here as a summer student. Everyone is amazing and unprecedentedly nice, and always wanted to make sure everyone had a great experience (both clients and coworkers). Everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly, and if by the smallest chance, something isn't, correcting what ever may be wrong is an immediate top priority.
